Cases are made to order and typically take 2–5 business days for production. Please allow 5–7 business days for shipping within the U.S.

10-30 business days for Canada and internationally.

Our production partner ships orders within the U.S., to Canada, and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Since our cases are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As we expand, we hope to be able to provide this option. Thank you for understanding during this time as we learn and grow.

Once your order is submitted, it immediately goes into production, which means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details (phone model, design, shipping address) before completing your purchase.

Our cases are designed to provide everyday protection from light bumps and scratches while keeping your phone stylish. However, they are not officially drop-tested, and we do not recommend intentionally dropping your device. Sugr & Sage is not responsible for any damages resulting from impact or misuse. We hope to change this in the future!
