Refund policy

At Sugr & Sage, all of our phone cases are made-to-order and immediately go into production through our fulfillment center. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout:

• Ensure the shipping address is correct.

• Confirm you have permission to purchase if you are not the cardholder.

We do want you to receive the correct item. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong model, please contact us immediately at: [insert email address]. We will work with you to resolve order mistakes caused by the fulfillment process.

No returns or refunds will be granted for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect model selected, or accidental purchase.
